THANK YOU for the input on my post below about what to take to the hospital! It was super helpful (which I tried to say in my comments, but Blogger won't let me comment back--it keeps rerouting me to sign in. Help?).
Now that I've read your advice, I've come up with some more specific questions, so if you have the answers, I'd love to hear them!
1) This may sound like a dumb question, but I'm going to ask anyway. I was looking through my wardrobe choices for what to wear home from the hospital. I have a loose black maxi dress that would be very comfortable and keep me cool, but I can't figure out a convenient way that I could nurse in it. Should I scrap it, or will it matter, since I'm wearing it for an hour or so?
2) I have 2 nursing bras right now. How many will I need, realistically?
3) Are nursing tanks/ camis worth the investment, and if so, how many should I get?
4) What will I need to take to the hospital/ have on hand at home for MYSELF after a vaginal delivery? I've heard so many people say so many things, and I really don't want to have to send the hubs out after that stuff. I'd rather get it now.
Many thanks!
(And holy moly....have you SEEN how CLOSE Baby ABC123 is to the end of the ticker?!)
