Happy Anniversary to US!

I just need to brag on my man for a minute.

I LOVE my husband. He is so good to me. He's incredibly thoughtful and supportive anyway, but today he went overboard. He brought me lunch today at school AND roses AND a card AND gift cards to Kohl's and Starbucks. Super thoughtful. But then I came home to:

Just Dance 2 for the Wii (a superfun game), the new Chris Tomlin "Glory in the Highest" Christmas CD, the Willow Tree nativity set (!!!--wanted this forEVER). AND....

diamond earrings.

Now, I should explain the last one. He actually gave me diamond earrings on our wedding day, and somewhere in the move from our old apartment to our new one, one of them got lost. I cried...not because I have a deep need for diamond earrings, but because he had given them to me on our wedding day, and they had sentimental value. I had always tried to be SO careful with them. So today, he replaced them. >

I got him (well, us) tickets to go see Straight No Chaser's Christmas concert next month and he's so excited!

Today, I also had two requests for Scentsy catalogs and three confirmations for my Scentsy party, which I'm so thankful for. It turned out to be a good day, in spite of the fact that my day began with an early morning phone call from my parents telling me my sister had been in a car accident. Thank God that she is okay.
