--my stomach is rock hard. I have worked my whole life to get a stomach this hard--I just expected it to be flat.
--I have a belly, but I've had several people tell me that in their opinion I'm still pretty small. I still have a few pairs of non-maternity pants I can wear, and for the rest, I'm just using the Belly Band. However, my tummy is finally big enough that even if I wear a pretty blousy shirt, you can tell things aren't flat underneath.
--My belly button is starting to look different.
--I still feel slight movements every day that feel more like flutters than actual kicks.
--I am OBSESSED with all things fruit. Bananas and apples won't cut it here, people--this baby has expensive taste. Mango, peaches, raspberries, plums, watermelon, and grapefruit are must-haves. Thank goodness frozen fruit is decently priced and fruit is coming into season soon! It doesn't have to be a piece of fruit, either. Fruit juice (like V8 Splash) and natural fruit popsicles are also currently my equivalent of manna from heaven. Eh...I guess it could be worse. I could be craving "fake" sweets (candy, cake, and cookies) instead of the natural ones, or downing chips and fried foods like it's going out of style.
--I usually have to wake up at least once during the night to go to the bathroom.
Tomorrow I will be twenty weeks already. That's pretty wild.
I came down to my parents' house this weekend to start cleaning out my old closet and make room for my classroom supplies (and our stuff, if we end up moving in). I made a ton of progress! Tomorrow morning after he gets off from work, Mr. ABC123 is joining me here to get some more information about the potential job opportunity. I am excited! Hopefully soon we will be able to make plans about what we're doing when school is out. Either way, it's looking more and more like we're moving. I'm ready to get my boxes and tape gun. I'm still crossing my fingers that we'll be moving those boxes into an apartment of our own, though. It would be sooo much easier to move once at seven months pregnant than to do it seven months pregnant and AGAIN with an outside baby.
