Phew

WOW. Time is flying by. I am 30 weeks, 1 day already and feeling like my stomach is stretched as far as it can possibly go. I know that is preposterous, but there is no room in the inn, y'all. I can eat as little as a banana and be full for HOURS. Guess it will keep the binge eating down!

My baby shower was last Saturday and it was really amazing. Every little detail, from the decorations to the toys to the water bottles and favor bags, were personalized with my Eric Carle theme. It was more than I could have ever asked--and I had 21 people at my shower! That's pretty incredible, considering I have never, ever lived in Mobile. We got LOADS of goodies for our little one--our diaper bag, a diaper cake, spoons, wipes, washcloths, tons of toys, some breastfeeding accessories, mittens and booties, onesies, a video monitor, our changing pad and two covers, our baby rearview mirror for the carseat, and $325 in Target gift cards! That gives me enough to order our bedding set, but I will probably wait until my next shower on July 9th, though, just in case there are any other necessities we don't receive. I know we don't NEED the bedding set because we already have plenty of sheets and blankets...but hey, it's our first baby. I'd like to have the nursery looking nice and put-together.

Mr. ABC123 is finally home and starting a more regular schedule at his new job. Routine is good. I need some routine right now! Plus, he's out of the house all day so I can keep working on unpacking all of our stuff. Our nursery only needs a few more things, but I keep holding off on taking pictures until he moves some of his stuff out of the way. I want it to look pretty. =)

This week, I really need to call the hospital and get info on Lamaze classes and registering....I also need to call Aflac and let them know I left my job and want to keep my coverage. But I'm afraid of the phone, so we'll see how long it takes me to conquer the calls.
